On July 28, 1911 Ethel Bishop Born in the State of Arkansas at a small town of Hampton her parents, James Edwards, and Delilah Walker Pickett Edwards Woods Nelson. Ethel Sacrificed her education after completing 3rd grade to assist on the family farm. Ethel Early Christian experience began at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Hampton Arkansas. Ethel met and married Edgar Bishop in 1929 and Bore eight children.
Edgar and Ethel Moved to California in 1947 in pursuit of her God amd and a better Lifestyle. Ethel became a member of Witness of Jesus Christ Church. Where she followed the teachings of the Apostolic Faith. Mother Bishop was a charter and faithful member of The House of Miracles Faith Ministries where her oldest grandchild Ray J. Scott serving as Pastor. Ethel Bishop lived In Fresno, CA for 67 years praying for the sick and serving her community. She was dedicated to praising God.
